About

You work with Erin, start to finish

ACE is Erin Nelson. When you engage ACE, the person in the pitch is the person on the headset. No handover to a junior, no account layer between you and the work.

[ERIN TO CONFIRM] Erin has spent [X years] running live projects, from touring and artist logistics to large-scale functions and brand activations. That career was built [where and with whom], across the parts of the industry that only work when someone senior is holding all of it at once.

She started ACE for a simple reason. The best live projects she had worked on all had one thing in common: a single accountable operator who could speak to the crew and the client in the same breath, and who stayed in the room from the first brief to the final wrap report.

ACE is based in Port Hedland, which is not an accident. Delivering in the Pilbara is genuinely hard: the transits are long, the beds are scarce, and the margin for error is thin. Being resident here means no fly-in premium, no travel days billed for getting to site, and a working knowledge of who and what is actually available locally.

Anyone who can run a project through Port Hedland can run one anywhere. That is the point.

How ACE works

One operator, accountable

One person owns the budget, the risk and the room. You get one number to call and one signature on the outcome.

The craft, named

Advancing, riders, routing, crewing, front of house, settlements, wrap reporting. Using the real vocabulary is part of the job, not decoration.

Resident, not fly-in

Based in the Pilbara, so the cost structure is different: no crew premium, no bed scramble, no travel days you did not plan for.

Senior and hands-on

The experience of a senior producer with the availability of someone who is actually on site. No layers in between.
